Public meeting on new play area

A public meeting will take place at Appleton Thorn Primary School on Thursday 29th March 2012, commencing 7:00pm.

All interested parties and members of the public are invited to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • update all residents on issues relating to the proposed play area
  • approve and adopt the Constitution
  • elect Officers to the Management Committee
  • decide on the next steps to progress the project.

Copies of the draft Constitution are available from Appleton Thorn Primary School, the Appleton Thorn Village Hall, Carole McNab, Mark Searle, Andy Cross and Sharon Harris.

If you would like to put yourself forward as an elected Officer to the Management Committee please obtain a nomination form from any of the above.
