To discuss the proposed Homes and Community Agency (HCA) developments at:

Pewterspear Green (near St. Matthews School, Stretton) – 180 houses. Application already approved

Appleton Cross (between Black Cap Road and Green Lane) – 375 houses. Planning Application 2017/29930.

Grappenhall Heys (to the east of existing housing) – 400 houses. Planning Application 2017/29929.
